and enhance professional and academic development.
We deliver meaningful, measurable results
We help increase awareness and understanding
of multigenerations, their values, characteristics and challenges.
Workforce Evolution Today’s Mission is to Inspire and Enhance Organizational Inclusivity Through Transformational Leadership Development.
WE Today’s goal is to make a difference by bringing awareness to organizational leaders as well as university/college students specifically focusing on generational differences, inclusion, and conflict resolution and management. Static leadership and generational differences are leading causes of silos and (unhealthy) conflict. Our mission is to improve leadership and employee engagement to transform into efficient and stronger organizations.
WE Today believes that it is important for college graduates and prospective business and educational leaders to have an informed idea of the various dynamics and possible experiences that await them in workplace environments. Further, it is imperative that both employers and employees obtain the proper knowledge and tools to create thriving environments. Therefore, not only does WE offer seminars and group consultations, but also one-on-one coaching.
WE Today serves a diverse range of industries including corporate, education, faith-based, government and non-profit.
No business, organization, or individual is without challenges.
Some of the challenges we embrace include:

I had the great fortune of taking part in an alumni networking session with Dr. Harris last October, and I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity. I was personally touched by her levels of professionalism and determination.

Our discussion back in October was very informative! It helped me as a soon to be senior realize what direction I wanted to go with my degree and how to get there.

Dr. Miriam is a brilliant visionary able to bridge divides and bring together organizations in a way that very few leaders are able to do. She is able to connect with diverse audiences and help leaders thrive in changing climates.
